USA Track Stuff uses the highest quality products for sale on this site. However from time to time products must be returned . Incase of return please adhere to the following:

Returned Goods:

For returns processed 30 days or more from date of shipment, a Electronic GiftCard will be issued if an exchange isn’t requested. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name, shipping address and email address (if available). Returns received more than one year after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. At your request, Electronic GiftCards are available for all exchanges made prior to 90 days from date of shipment.

Please Note:

Exchanges processed prior to 30 days are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. GiftCards are available upon request. Refunds and GiftCards will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, prior to 30 days, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. Return merchandise must be in store bought condition. We cannot accept COD returns.
You MUST obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any product back to us. We will not accept product back for refund (or credit) after 30 days, except if the product needs servicing (such as warranty). OPENED products can be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. If you are returning a product that is in its original packaging, including the original poly bag, you will NOT be assessed a re-stocking fee.


UPS is our PREFERRED shipping method for all our shipping. We can only ship to PO Box offices using USPS Otherwise, we must have a physical “ship-to” address.

Defective Products (Within first 30 days):

Should you require a replacement, please use the following steps:

  • Contact our RMA department, and providing the sales order number (or your complete name), and the product that you need to return.
  • Indicate the REASON for return (i.e., product not needed, product appears to be defective, etc).
  • We may follow-up by email or phone to ask further questions to determine if it truly is a defective product.
  • Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a PDF document. This document is your return authorization. If you are returning products back to us, please print it out and include it with your shipment.
  • Return the product to us via USPS Parcel Post Mail, including a printed copy of the RMA PDF document provided to you to:
